Mike has been an integral part of the Edgehill commercial cattle division for over three decades. His strong leadership and diligence have been a massive part of the success of the commercial operation. Mike’s philosophy for the commercial cowherd is a no nonsense approach. The cows must work for Edgehill in a highly productive fashion with good udders, strong fertility, sound feet and quiet dispositions. Mike firmly believes the cow herd must be efficient and each cow must pay her way. Mike’s 30 plus years of experience with the commercial industry has played as a strong foundation for our perspective and goals as the Aberan purebred unit has been reactivated in 2020!
